Rebecca Griffith PhD

  • Postdoctoral Scholar

Dr. Griffith is a T32 postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh and a licensed child psychologist specializing in neuropsychology. Her research examines how sleep and cognitive processes contribute to the development and persistence of aggression and other externalizing behaviors in youth, particularly those exposed to neurodevelopmental risk. She integrates ecological momentary assessment,  mobile cognitive testing, and advanced longitudinal modeling to study how day-to-day fluctuations in sleep may influence behavioral outcomes. Her research has been supported by the NIH through a National Research Service Award.
