Polysomnography (PSG) will be used to monitor sleep overnight. PSG is a non-invasive method that uses removable electrodes attached to the scalp, next to the eyes, chin, and rib cage to monitor physiological signals. Electrodes are attached with removable paste and/or tape by highly trained sleep technicians. PSG will be set up prior to bedtime and worn overnight to monitor sleep. You will sleep in a private room equipped with a bed and bathroom, and an intercom for communication with the sleep technician. You will be monitored via and infrared camera. Sleep technicians will monitor the entire overnight visit.
